In most cases, yes! We always do our best to accommodate same day delivery and pick up. However, availability of certain flowers may be limited. If you want specific flowers in your arrangement we recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance.

Of course! Before the final checkout you'll be prompted to enter your personal message. This will be written by hand on a luxurious card, and then safely stored in a lovely envelope. We only include what you enter in your message, so if you wish to send anonymously then simply leave your name (or any other revealing details!) out of the message.

Yes! When ordering online, you can choose the “Designer’s Choice” option and include any color, style and flower preferences in the “special requests” section. You can also call us to place custom orders at (479)846-6477. We recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance.

Make sure that all stems are submerged in water, and add fresh water to your arrangement daily. Keep your flowers in a cool temperature, away from heat sources and out of direct sunlight.
